Location: Andijan, Uzbekistan
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with breaks)
Job Summary:
- We are currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified individuals to join our team as:
ESL Secondary School Teachers - Kindergarten Teachers
- IELTS Instructors for Education Center
In these roles, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students of different age groups and proficiency levels. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to teach IELTS preparation courses at our education center. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about teaching and creating an engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
-Plan and deliver effective English language lessons to secondary school students, kindergarten students, and students at the education center.
-Create engaging and interactive learning activities that cater to the needs and proficiency levels of the students.
-Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
-Develop and implement appropriate assessment strategies to evaluate students’ progress.
-Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their language development.
-Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning and cultural understanding.
-Prepare students for IELTS exams by delivering focused instruction on the different components of the test. (IELTS Teachers)
-Assist students in developing their English language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
-Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement cohesive and engaging curriculum plans.
-Monitor and track student attendance, participation, and progress
-Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student performance and address any concerns.
-Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices.
-Enjoy lunch provided by the school as part of the employment package.
-Utilize transportation services provided for commuting between the school building and the education center.
-Accommodation is shared, with a private room initially. If desired, arrangements can be made to stay with your own family.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree
-Teaching certification or qualification (TESOL).
-Proven experience in teaching English as a second language to students of different age groups.
-Familiarity with IELTS exam format and experience in teaching IELTS preparation courses. (IELTS Teacher)
-Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
-Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
-Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
-Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively.
-Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources.
-Fluent in spoken and written English (additional language proficiency is advantageous).
Salary and Benefits:
-Salary starts from $700 USD per month and can range up to $1500 USD, depending on qualifications and experience.
-Performance-based salary increase opportunities based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
-Accommodation in a shared private room provided initially (alternative arrangements available).
