The Language Co is now hiring for the 2024 academic year in Chile. We are hiring certified ESL teachers for placements in Santiago and the surrounding regions. Successful applicants need an International TESOL certificate as well as relevant teaching experience. We have openings with both corporate and young learner students and are looking for dedicated professionals who will commit to the full academic year, March-December.

Positions are available as early mid-March 2024 but we can accommodate April and May start dates, as well. TLC offers a full-time contract and visa assistance, a competitive hourly rate with a guaranteed monthly minimum of 625,000 CLP. Teachers are provided with a wide range of quality resources and ongoing academic support to help you keep your students on track, as well as free group Spanish classes to help you reach your personal language goals.
